About The Position

AIUC is a company focused on underwriting superintelligence by red-teaming, certifying, and insuring AI agents. They work with AI category leaders and aim to ensure that as AI agents take on critical work, the process is safe and beneficial. AIUC has developed a standard for agent security and reliability, AIUC-1, with input from over 100 CISOs from Fortune 1000 companies. The team comprises individuals from notable organizations such as Anthropic, McKinsey, and Weights & Biases. The company has secured $55 million in funding from investors including Ribbit, First Harmonic, and Nat Friedman. AIUC is currently expanding its team across various departments, including marketing, go-to-market (GTM), operations, and product. They are seeking a Founding Talent Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, ensuring high quality, excellent candidate experience, and speed. This role involves acting as a strategic partner to the founding team, influencing talent acquisition strategies, defining ideal candidate profiles, and enhancing AIUC's employer brand. Every interaction with a candidate is viewed as a brand engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a fast-moving environment, capable of managing multiple senior searches simultaneously with proper attention to each.
  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology, with a focus on early-stage GTM hires, senior operators, and candidates from consulting, banking, or VC backgrounds. (Impact is valued over exact years.)
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to convey the AIUC mission and open roles effectively to diverse professionals.
  • Comfort managing high volume and complexity without compromising quality.
  • A builder's mindset, eager to create a non-technical hiring playbook from scratch, track effectiveness, identify patterns across searches, and iterate quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across non-technical roles, from role intake and calibration through sourcing, outreach, screening, process management, offer strategy, close, and candidate experience.
  • Partner with the founding team to define role requirements, set hiring strategy, and build sourcing plays including market mapping and talent pools.
  • Design and manage candidate pipelines with a focus on transparency and high-touch experience, ensuring candidates have a positive impression of AIUC regardless of the outcome.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing candidate and market insights, benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations, as well as building and owning the assessment process.
  • Represent AIUC externally, understanding that the initial interaction with a candidate is crucial.
