About The Position

The Talent Management & Learning Enablement Specialist I will support the global Talent Management, Inclusion and Learning Team (TMIL) with talent management processes, performance management, employee engagement, metrics & analytics, learning technology and occasional course facilitation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
  • Experience in Talent Development or related area preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides comprehensive administrative and end-user support for Talent Management Inclusion & Learning (TMIL) platforms, programs, and processes. This includes inbox management and managing ServiceNow tickets
  • Manages data analytics and reporting for the TMIL team across various talent platforms. This entails partnering with the People Systems and Insights team to aggregate and collate employee analytics and generating information required for team reporting needs
  • Provides dedicated Learning Platform support for technologies including ZEN, LinkedIn Learning, Culture Connect and the Workday Learning (Phase 2 Implementation)
  • Conducts system training and develops and maintains Knowledge Articles/Job Aids and other process documentation to support TMIL processes, programs, and platforms
  • Identifies areas for process improvement and automation for the global TMIL team, contributing to broader process improvement & automation efforts
  • Partners with Corporate Communications team on the development of communications for all talent processes
  • Supports TMIL Programs such as High Potential Programs (including communications and event logistics) 360 Assessments, Executive Coaching and Mentoring through dedicated enablement activities
  • Facilitates and supports TMIL program initiatives as needed, including Development Days and facilitating Zebra Foundations
  • Oversees TMIL Survey Management, which includes Survey Vendor Management and the administration and management of various Employee Listening surveys such as Engagement & Pulse Surveys, Just In Time Surveys, an Lifecycle Surveys (onboarding, exit, engagement interview).
