About The Position

Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking an experienced recruiter to support talent acquisition for its Senior Services Division. The role focuses on finding nursing, CNA, clinical, leadership, and other senior-care professionals who help provide compassionate, high-quality care to older adults and their families. The recruiter partners with division leaders to understand staffing needs and develop creative strategies, including proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building to fill hard-to-fill roles and build pipelines for future needs.

The position guides candidates through screening and the recruitment process, provides consistent communication and a warm, professional candidate experience, and supports offers, references, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding. The recruiter also represents Ascentria at recruitment events and in the communities it serves. The role is described as 90% remote, with travel within Massachusetts as needed for events and meetings.

Requirements

• Experienced recruiter with talent acquisition or recruiting expertise.
• Ability to proactively source and engage hard-to-find and passive candidates.
• Ability to build relationships and partnerships with hiring leaders and candidates.
• Creativity, persistence, and a passion for recruiting.
