About The Position
Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to recruit for its Senior Services Division. The role focuses on finding nurses, CNAs, clinical leaders, and other professionals who support care for older adults and their families. The recruiter partners with leaders to identify staffing needs, develop creative recruitment strategies, source candidates, and build talent pipelines for current and future needs. The position is 90% remote, with travel within Massachusetts as needed for events and meetings.
Requirements
- Experienced recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
- Passion for recruiting and skill in sourcing hard-to-find talent.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source nursing, clinical, leadership, and other senior-care talent.
- Build talent pipelines for immediate and future staffing needs.
- Develop creative approaches to challenging and hard-to-fill searches.
- Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring leaders.
- Engage passive candidates through proactive outreach and networking.
- Screen candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Deliver a warm, responsive, and professional candidate experience.
- Keep searches moving through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Support offers, references, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
- Represent Ascentria at recruitment events and in the communities it serves.
