About The Position

Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support our growing healthcare organization during a period of increased hiring activity. This assignment will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and helping build strong candidate pipelines across a variety of positions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who is proactive, organized, and enjoys making an immediate impact.

Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience required
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and close candidates
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
• Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-up
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring goals
• Help create a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer stage
