About The Position

Assistance Plus has an immediate opening for a Talent Acquisition Strategist to join their growing agency! The Talent Acquisition Strategist will support the employment life cycle and the employment process and systems by executing the day-to-day tasks required to provide exceptional customer service to all employees. This position will assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicate proactively with supervisors, and formulate partnerships with individual managers to deliver value-added service that reflects the mission and objectives of Assistance Plus. This position has a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, processing background checks, updating materials related to recruitment/onboarding, and assisting with wellness/recognition initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of related experience in a human resources administrative capacity is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid State of Maine driver's license and automobile insurance coverage of $50k/$100k.
  • Must have intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A positive attitude with excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR strongly preferred.
  • Experience with full recruitment life cycle highly desired.

Responsibilities
