About The Position

MEDLIFE is a nonprofit organization partnering with low-income communities in Latin America and Africa to improve access to medicine, education, and community development projects. The Talent Development Team Lead will build MEDLIFE's leadership, culture, and performance systems so teams have clear KPIs, regular feedback, and development plans, and leaders can grow from within. This hands-on leadership role focuses on supporting team leads with feedback, follow-up, KPI setting, and employee development plans. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Peru time (GMT-5). Work is hybrid for candidates based in Lima, Peru, and remote for candidates in other countries. Applications are welcomed from across Latin America.
