The Talent Development Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to support the organization's goals and objectives. They will work closely with subject matter experts, managers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions. The Talent Development Lead will also be responsible for launching and running Talent Reviews and Performance Reviews. This position reports to the Director - Talent and Organizational Development.
