About The Position

We’re looking for a Talent Coordinator to identify, engage, and onboard emerging creators across fashion, lifestyle, music, and culture. This role is based onsite in Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) and focuses on building strong relationships with creators while helping them join our platform for collaborations, campaigns, and brand partnerships.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, talent coordination, or social media
• Strong familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for fashion, culture, music, and digital media
• Ability to identify and engage emerging creators early
• Creator scouting
• Relationship management

Responsibilities

• Discover and outreach to content creators, influencers, and digital talent across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Onboard new creators to our platform/network, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators
• Maintain and update a creator database, including audience insights, niche, engagement metrics, and performance history
• Coordinate between creators, brands, and internal teams to execute campaigns and collaborations
• Ensure creators clearly understand campaign guidelines, timelines, and deliverables
• Track and analyze creator performance and engagement metrics
• Stay up to date with emerging creators and trends across fashion, lifestyle, music, and culture
