Requirements

Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially when faced with last-minute schedule changes or operational pivots.
At least 1 year of experience in the warehouse or industrial staffing industry.
Fluency in English & Spanish is highly needed to effectively communicate across a diverse workforce.
Ability to create and edit spreadsheets, and work with Novatime or Timerack to support payroll.
Support diversity and comply with EEO standards.
Strong ability to work independently and make firm, fair decisions on the fly.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving associate grievances, behavioral issues, and site-level disputes, de-escalating situations in real-time while maintaining company standards.
Be available for extended hours and overtime, often with little to no notice, to support client's changing production needs.
Manage field employees (attendance, coaching, and terminations) in an environment where priorities can change by the hour.
Walk the floor at least 3x daily to identify potential safety or personnel issues before they escalate.
Monitor time clock usage for attendance and payroll.
Act as the vital bridge between the client and Accurate leadership, providing transparent reporting even during high-stress shifts.
