About The Position

The Talent Recruitment Marketing Partner at Ocean State Job Lot is the strategic architect and functional owner of recruitment marketing programs and targeted talent acquisition campaigns connecting the Company with talent across the communities it serves. As the strategic liaison between Talent Acquisition and Corporate Marketing, the role determines campaign strategy, fosters collegiate partnerships, and directs employer brand positioning. Success is measured by candidate pipeline health, resolving complex market hiring deficits, strategic marketing capital allocation, and deploying customized branding strategies across regional labor markets. Hybrid arrangements are not guaranteed and may change based on Company policy, associate performance, and business needs.
