About The Position

The Talent Attraction Specialist supports Wilson’s recruitment and client delivery teams by partnering with clients and recruiters to find, assess, and present candidates suited to a range of roles and professional experience levels. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, building candidate networks and pools, conducting phone interviews, evaluating candidates against client requirements and organizational culture, and maintaining positive client and candidate relationships. It also includes applicant tracking system data entry, reporting, and participation in special projects.

Responsibilities

Execute effective and innovative strategies to source exceptional talent.
Conduct complex internet searches using search engines, social media, direct or cold calls, networks, directories, recruitment tools, and databases.
Network and build candidate pools across a range of positions and locations.
Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client position requirements and organizational culture fit.
Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
Complete administrative responsibilities, including applicant tracking system data entry and reports.
Participate in special projects as assigned.
