About The Position

The Talent Attraction Partner is the engine behind our talent attraction strategy bringing our EVP to life through campaigns, content, events, and experiences that attract, engage, and convert top talent. As a member of the talent team, in partnership with Marketing, you’ll own the strategy and execution behind our talent attraction ecosystem. From leading our Phenom platform and career site evolution to launching multi-channel campaigns and talent community engagement strategies, you’ll shape how candidates experience our brand. Whether building nurture campaigns, developing employer brand content, supporting hard-to-fill hiring initiatives, or enhancing the candidate experience, the Talent Attraction Partner fuels and converts our talent pipeline.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding with hands-on ownership of job postings, advertising budgets, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience planning and executing recruitment events end-to-end, and managing student programs, clinical rotations, or early-career pipelines.
  • Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Experience building and publishing career site content.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a full refresh of the careers site owning the content creation and publishing directly within the Phenom platform, in partnership with Marketing on design and brand alignment.
  • Monitor site analytics and UX metrics, iterating content and design to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Activate our EVP across all candidate-facing touchpoints: career site, job descriptions, social, campaigns, email/text campaigns, and events.
  • Own all recruitment marketing activities within Phenom, including campaign strategy, audience segmentation, email workflows, and performance reporting.
  • Manage advertising budgets for job postings and talent attraction campaigns, tracking spend, KPIs, cost-per-apply, and ROI; produce regular performance and sourcing effectiveness reports for leadership.
  • Oversee recruitment events (career fairs, open houses, networking, virtual sessions); maintain an annual events calendar including confirmed, prospective, and industry milestone events. Track ROI and ensure lead lists are available in our CRM and tied to a nurture plan.
  • Collaborate directly with recruiters on targeted sourcing strategies for critical or difficult searches.
  • Serve as the talent point of contact for student clinical rotation programs, managing end-to-end coordination across academic institutions, clinical leaders, preceptors, and HR; monitor engagement throughout the rotation lifecycle to identify high-potential candidates for recruiter handoff.
  • Develop and execute a student engagement strategy using targeted marketing materials and branded touchpoints that connect students to the organization's mission, culture, and career opportunities.
  • Manage external vendor relationships and organizational memberships with job boards, recruitment platforms, event organizers, and professional networks maximizing value and ROI.
