In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders, build strong pipelines, strengthen hiring decisions and deliver a thoughtful candidate experience that reflects our values. You’ll bring modern recruiting practices, market insight, and a strategic mindset to every search. You’ll also help build scalable hiring practices that adapt to our evolving business needs. Responsibilities

  • Builds strong talent pipelines across priority areas including corporate, business development, client services, strategy, creative, data, and technology roles
  • Delivers with a strong sense of urgency thoughtful, consistent, high-quality hiring decisions, prioritizing effectively while ensuring strong candidate care
  • Builds credibility and trust with leaders as a strategic talent partner
  • Creates a responsive, human, and engaging candidate experience aligned to Bond’s values and employer brand
  • Brings strong communication, follow-through, and partnership throughout the hiring process
  • Helps leaders improve interviewing, assessment, and hiring effectiveness
  • Leverages proactive sourcing strategies, recruiting analytics, AI tools, and market insights to improve hiring outcomes
  • Identifies opportunities to simplify, improve, and scale recruiting processes
  • Brings proactive thinking around employer brand, talent communities, and referral strategies
  • Operates with strong judgment, collaboration, and accountability
  • Builds strong relationships across the business and contributes beyond assigned requisitions
