Position Summary: The Talent Attraction Manager is responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing the organization's digital talent acquisition ecosystem to attract, engage, and convert qualified talent. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition leadership team, this role serves as the strategic owner of the candidate experience, career site, talent acquisition technology stack, recruitment marketing platforms, and candidate conversion strategy. The Talent Attraction Manager combines expertise in candidate experience, recruitment marketing technology, talent acquisition operations, analytics, and digital optimization to ensure candidates experience a seamless journey from initial awareness through application and hire. This role is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization's career site, ATS, CRM, sourcing channels, and talent attraction technologies while leveraging data and insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
