About The Position

We are looking for a temp to perm Talent Acquisition Technical Sourcer to work either a hybrid schedule in Radnor, PA, Houston, TX or remote. This role involves high-volume sourcing, unified brand outreach, collaboration with full-cycle recruiters, pipeline management, and maintaining data integrity within the ATS and CRM. Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 3–5 years of dedicated talent sourcing experience, ideally within industrial gases, chemical manufacturing, oil & gas, engineering, or heavy logistics.
  • Deep familiarity with the US talent landscape, geography, and sourcing channels is strictly required (applicable to both US and Canada-based applicants).
  • Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search strings, talent mapping techniques, and modern ATS/CRM systems.
  • Outstanding written communication skills with a proven track record of writing compelling, high-conversion outreach emails.
  • Ability to adapt your writing style to match the corporate voice.
  • Highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and enthusiastic about participating in a new operational model test.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Actively map the market and aggressively search for targeted, technical, and diverse talent across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, CRM, and niche industrial databases).
  • Manage initial candidate engagement via highly attractive emails, InMails, and targeted marketing campaigns, presenting a unified front under a collaborative 'Air Liquide Recruiting Team' alias.
  • Attend role intake meetings alongside Full-Cycle Recruiters, take detailed notes, and align on exact candidate personas, technical requirements, and market realities.
  • Monitor response rates, manage initial candidate messaging, and hand off warm, interested leads to the designated Full-Cycle Recruiter for in-depth screening and assessment.
  • Keep accurate, real-time records of sourcing channels and candidate stages within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
