The Talent Acquisition team operates in a high-volume, fast-paced, and collaborative environment, driven by data and a competitive spirit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy setting and wants their strategic efforts to directly impact the growth of the organization's executive and technical teams. This hybrid position, based in our New York City office, is seeking a proactive, creative, and metrics-driven Corporate Talent Acquisition Sourcer. You will be responsible for identifying, mapping, and engaging top passive talent across various corporate functions, including Technology, AI, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of talent sourcing experience within a corporate infrastructure, agency, or high-growth tech environment.
  • A proven track record of successfully sourcing corporate talent at all levels.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem (or similar CRM tools), and Greenhouse ATS (or similar).
  • Accustomed to working in a metrics-driven environment with daily/weekly pipeline milestones.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Agility & Pace: Excels in a high-volume, highly active recruiting engine where strategies must pivot fast.
  • Innovative Mindset: Passionate about researching new tools, AI sourcing hacks, and community channels to uncover top-tier prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Build robust pipelines for diverse corporate tracks, with an emphasis on high-demand technical pipelines (AI, software engineering) alongside finance, marketing, and operations.
  • Develop and pilot experimental, highly personalized outreach methods to capture elite, passive candidate pools.
  • Maximize platforms like Gem CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean logic, and GitHub/Portfolio sites to unearth hidden talent.
  • Partner closely with corporate recruiters and business leaders to deeply understand specialized role requirements.
  • Conduct introductory screens to assess candidate alignment, technical/professional viability, and core cultural fit.
  • Actively track funnel metrics to evaluate channel efficacy, monitor conversion rates, and deliver regular pipeline reports to TA leadership.
