The Administration Division is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support the agency's strategic recruitment efforts by proactively identifying, engaging, and cultivating talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Reporting directly to the Deputy Director of Human Capital, this position will focus on sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for hard-to-fill, specialized, and high-priority positions across the agency, including legal, information technology, administrative, and leadership roles. The selected candidate will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers by conducting intake meetings, developing targeted sourcing strategies, identifying passive candidates, and building and maintaining talent pipelines that support the agency's workforce needs. This position will also support recruitment outreach efforts by representing the agency at career fairs, and other public-facing recruitment activities designed to expand awareness of employment opportunities and strengthen candidate pipelines. This position plays a critical role in reducing recruitment challenges, strengthening candidate pools, expanding recruitment outreach efforts, and enhancing the agency's ability to attract top talent in competitive labor markets.
