As part of the People Ops team team, you will play a key role in helping grow the Injective Labs team. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from understanding hiring needs, and identifying top talent to managing candidate pipelines and supporting onboarding efforts. Beyond recruiting, we are looking for someone who is always thinking about how to improve processes, elevate the candidate experience, and contribute to broader People Operations initiatives.
