About The Position

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of recruiting experience in spa, hospitality, wellness, beauty, retail, healthcare, or high-touch service environments
  • Managed recruiting platforms including, ADP, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
  • Experience recruiting licensed or service-based talent preferred
  • Flexibility to recruit outside normal business hours
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Excellent organization and strong follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Passion for people, service, wellness, and hospitality

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across all Viva markets
  • Own the recruiting process from sourcing through hire while helping ensure every candidate experiences the warmth, professionalism, and hospitality that define the Viva brand
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for spa, med spa, hospitality, and ops roles
  • Build talent pipelines for licensed and hospitality talent
  • Partner with leaders on staffing priorities and hiring needs
  • Maintain consistent hiring processes and communication standards
  • Support offer process and pre-employment onboarding coordination
  • Develop relationships with schools, training programs, and community partners
  • Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry outreach as needed
  • Maintain passive candidate relationships and talent pipelines
  • Deliver a warm, hospitality-forward candidate experience
  • Ensure timely communication and strong follow-through
  • Help candidates feel informed, respected, and connected throughout the process
  • Manage recruiting systems, job posting, and hiring workflows
  • Track recruiting activity and support ongoing process improvements
