About The Position

We are looking for a results driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Germantown or Sun Prairie, with a primary focus on recruiting throughout the southern part of the state. You'll play a key part in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire top talent as we continue to grow. Our ideal candidate with thrive in a fast-paced environment, posses strong communication skills, and bring a positive attitude to work each day. As part of our team, you will find, source, & screen top talent and deliver a unique experience to our candidates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in recruiting, marketing, and/or selling
  • Strong familiarity with utilizing social media and hiring platforms
  • Must have interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of employees and potential employees
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to accurately document processes and maintain strict confidentiality
  • General knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment practices
  • Ability to travel throughout Wisconsin for meetings and events
  • A valid drivers license
  • Great attitude, high energy, and willingness to put forth best effort every day

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Sales or Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring team to develop and execute strategies that support our growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, school districts, and other organizations to build out a robust pipeline of high quality candidates
  • Research and attend job fairs throughout the state (college, high schools and community job fairs)
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that align with our role requirements and company values
  • Develop employment branding initiatives
  • Implement creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top talent from a variety of sources, including social media platforms, job boards and in-person events
  • Post job openings on online hiring platforms
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skillsets, experience and culture fit
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements
  • Social media posting regarding employment opportunities, employee testimonials, a day in the life spotlight, etc - put on your marketing hat and get creative
  • Stay informed on industry trends and recruiting best practices
  • Other duties as assigned
