Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources or closely related field. College degree may be offset by 3 years of relevant and substantial work experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an attention.
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi- task and adjust priorities accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Supports the entirety of the Talent Acquisition process by being responsible for all recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Consistently utilizes their networks to leverage talent and maintains creativity in the recruiting process.
• Provides collaboration to the recruitment team and is responsible for maintaining exemplary customer service throughout the hiring process.
