About The Position
Denis Development Coaching Services is seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial-minded recruiter in Indianapolis. The Recruiter will work with financial advisement firms, nonprofit agencies, health care centers, and small and midsized business owners to identify, promote, and fulfill hiring needs. The role involves using sources such as social media and employment websites to attract, hire, and retain qualified candidates and build a strong talent pipeline. Daily leads, training, and coaching are provided, with room for growth.
Requirements
- Sales and customer service experience.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial-minded.

- Comfortable cold calling candidates and C-suite executives.
