Our talent acquisition specialist position works with leaders to find the best employees for Nextep. This role involves combing through resumes, leading the interview process, consulting with hiring managers, conducting phone interviews, and sourcing candidates. Responsibilities include managing job openings on job boards, possibly placing job ads, coordinating and managing the interview process (scheduling, preparing materials, gathering feedback), extending job offers and negotiating terms, conducting background screenings, and maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). The role requires strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
