About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team! This position will require a highly motivated, self-starter who will be responsible for supporting the selection and hiring process of entry to mid-level positions throughout the Imagine360 organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and make full life cycle recruitment efforts such as job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, networking and managing the candidate experience. This role reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition. Position Location: 100% remote

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience with responsibility for sourcing and screening talent at a variety of levels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience recruiting for Healthcare/ heath insurance
  • General knowledge of technology (ATS, Boolean search logic, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail oriented and strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to thrive and work in a fast-paced environment
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute full life cycle, high-volume recruiting activities relating to screening, interviewing, assessing, and selection and ensure an active pipeline of sourced, qualified candidates using internet databases, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Assist with building a pipeline of diverse talent by inspiring candidates to apply to current and future openings through creative internal and external recruitment efforts.
  • Leverage the applicant tracking system to managing requisitions, candidate screenings and hiring processes.
  • Utilize online recruiting resources, such as niche job boards, associations, LinkedIn, university career center websites and ATS to identify, source and recruit top candidates.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs to identify the right talent with appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Ensure regular and timely communication to candidates and hiring managers to keep them proactively informed via email and/or phone.
  • Partner with the Onboarding & HR Support Specialist throughout the recruitment life cycle to ensure a seamless candidate interview and new hire experience.
  • Assist with developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications when needed and in partnership with Hiring Managers.
  • Provides analytical recruiting reports on a weekly basis.
  • Assist with managing outside temporary recruiting vendors when applicable.
  • Other duties as assigned.
