This role reports into our Macedon, New York Headquarters and manufacturing plant. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will independently drive the full-cycle process of incoming talent to Baldwin Richardson Foods by partnering with key stakeholders to deliver top talent in a competitive marketplace and in accordance with BRF’s CARE Values. This will be accomplished through the development of strong internal partnerships, as well as continuous education and understanding of the external talent market and it’s constraints. This role’s focus will be focused on the full spectrum of production, production support and professional roles.
