About The Position

Requirements

• 2–4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing techniques.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership.
