The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with Hiring Managers and Human Resource Business Partners to proactively identify and address hiring needs across the organization. This role supports full-cycle recruitment for assigned business areas and plays a critical role in ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, the Talent Acquisition Specialist manages recruiting activities from requisition intake through offer acceptance while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
