This position is based at our company office located in the Denver International Airport area. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and procedures. They will partner with station management and hiring managers to fill open positions, monitor and evaluate job posting responses and conversion rates, and source candidates. This includes developing local networks using various methods like direct sourcing via social media and network contacts, internet postings, database searches, and community outreach to schools and workforce centers, as well as referrals, to create diverse candidate pools. The role also involves pre-screening candidates, setting up interview schedules, conducting interviews, coordinating verification checks, sending job offers and new hire paperwork, and tracking candidates in the applicant tracking system. Other assigned duties may also be part of this role.
