Requirements

  • Experience as a CRM/SCRM or in a similar operational role
  • A genuine interest in recruitment or HR, demonstrated through education or previous experience
  • Strong motivation with the ability to manage high activity levels and meet challenging targets
  • A proven commitment to candidate care and professionalism
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time‑management skills
  • Creative problem‑solving and the ability to think innovatively

  • Excellent phone presence and strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities
  • Sourcing candidates from the external market using a variety of channels
  • Conducting a high volume of phone interviews
  • Delivering an outstanding candidate experience and building strong engagement with prospective hires
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough recruitment records
  • Building and sustaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, influencing hiring outcomes where needed
