Talent Acquisition Specialist

Woodcraft RangersLos Angeles, CA
Hybrid

About The Position

This role is on the front lines of Woodcraft Rangers' ability to hire qualified, mission-aligned staff across Los Angeles, the San Gabriel Valley, and the Inland Empire. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key driver of pipeline health, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes, partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to meet staffing goals across all seasons. The ideal candidate believes that every candidate interaction is a reflection of who Woodcraft Rangers is. They thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and genuinely enjoy the hunt — building relationships, uncovering talent, and guiding candidates through a process that feels personal, not transactional. They move with urgency, stay organized across multiple open roles, and bring both warmth and professionalism to every touchpoint. They believe that recruiting is a service — to candidates, to hiring managers, and ultimately to the young people whose futures depend on the quality of the team we build.
