This role is on the front lines of Woodcraft Rangers' ability to hire qualified, mission-aligned staff across Los Angeles, the San Gabriel Valley, and the Inland Empire. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key driver of pipeline health, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes, partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to meet staffing goals across all seasons. The ideal candidate believes that every candidate interaction is a reflection of who Woodcraft Rangers is.
