The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for supporting and partnering directly with senior leaders and HR to successfully source, recruit and hire talented candidates to meet the needs of our changing and growing organization. They will play a key role in streamlining the hiring process, improving the quality of hires, and lowering turnover rates, saving both time and resources in the long run. Analytical and out of the box thinking, short- and long-term recruitment vision, solid business acumen, and personal organization are key to the role.
