The Talent Specialist will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, source and engage candidates, and guide them through the recruitment process. Requirements

2-3 years of strong recruiting experience with proven track record of sourcing candidates and maintaining a candidate pipeline across multiple functional areas
Considerable skill in interviewing techniques and creative writing ability

Nice To Haves

Third-party recruiting experience, particularly in the healthcare or education fields
Experience utilizing social networking for recruiting purposes, and familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake
Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the organization (Healthcare, H.O.P.E. Campus, Crisis Receiving Center (CRC), Workforce, and Early Learning)
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements
Post job openings on internal and external platforms to attract top talent
Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Attend in-person and virtual job/career fairs
Provide support or coverage to other HR Team members as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
