Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, customer-facing, or team support role (great entry-level opportunity!).
• Exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail—you love keeping projects on schedule.
• Strong communication skills—you feel confident speaking in front of groups and writing team updates.
• Tech-savvy mindset—proficient in MS Office; experience with Canva or an HRIS system (like Paycom) is a huge plus.
• High integrity—capable of handling sensitive company data with complete confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team-building events, wellness initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
• Design engaging newsletters and presentations to keep the team connected.
• Lead New Hire Orientation sessions, coordinate company-wide training logistics, and track performance review deadlines.
• Maintain HRIS system data integrity, run reports, assist with compliance audits, and answer routine employee inquiries.
