About The Position

Our multinational manufacturing client is seeking a TA Project Coordinator to support strategic recruiting initiatives and operational excellence across the Talent Acquisition function. This role will partner with recruiters, HR teams, business leaders, vendors, and external partners to coordinate projects, streamline hiring processes, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has experience managing cross-functional projects, working with recruiting and HR data, and supporting talent acquisition operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR operations, workforce planning, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using reporting and dashboard tools.
  • Experience working with HRIS, ATS, or recruiting systems such as Workday.
  • Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting multi-site, regional, or global Talent Acquisition programs.
  • Experience working with RPO partners, recruiting vendors, HR Technology, or People Analytics teams.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Agile, PMP, A3 problem solving, or PMO methodologies.
  • Experience with recruiting analytics, talent intelligence, workforce planning, market mapping, or employer branding campaigns.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support Talent Acquisition projects from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Track project milestones, action items, risks, dependencies, and status updates across multiple initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, business stakeholders, and external partners to resolve issues and remove project roadblocks.
  • Prepare project documentation, meeting agendas, action logs, and executive-ready reports.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and recruiting metrics using Workday, Excel, Power BI, and other systems.
  • Analyze recruiting and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Support recruiting campaigns, talent intelligence activities, market research, and hiring initiatives.
  • Assist with requisition readiness, interview coordination processes, hiring workflow improvements, and service delivery escalations.
  • Partner with vendors and recruiting partners to monitor performance, ensure accountability, and support successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving and project management methodologies.
