About The Position

Responsible for overall recruitment activities to include sourcing, attracting, hiring candidates at the site while collaborating closely with the Corporate Senior Human Resources Business Partner/Talent Acquisition to align recruitment strategies to corporate goals. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle from job requisition, to onboarding, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of two years of relevant OR an Associate’s degree in a related field and a minimum of six years relevant experience.
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Expert ability to navigate social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills including listening, written and public presentation skills.
  • Collaborative approach to building relationships
  • Applicable knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Ability to flex hours to cover all shifts as needed.
  • Previous HRIS experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and administer a proactive and strategic recruitment and talent acquisition process focused on sourcing and building talent pipelines using a diverse sourcing strategy, as well as coordinating various programs for leadership development.
  • Establish strong working relationships with hiring managers to gain in depth understanding of their requirements.
  • Forecast workforce needs, analyze market trends, review target area conditions, and assess available supply of candidates; balancing all to ensure business needs are met while avoiding employee shortages or surpluses.
  • Implement and manage candidate experience and expectations through processes that promote a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain long term partnerships with high schools, colleges, universities, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract talent.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, assist with college internship programs to include campus recruiting, onboarding, coordination of events, provide sound advice and counsel to management regarding employee relations matters, ensure employees/managers receive appropriate counseling, guidance, and support on employee relations issues.
  • Present organization information in public forums including schools, universities, organizations, and career fairs and/or other appropriate community events.
  • Creatively source candidates through different venues such as hiring events, career fairs, digital marketing, social media, and community outreach to form a strong talent pipeline.
  • Proactively develop candidate pool through strategic networking, referrals, events/conferences, and knowledge about internal talent.
  • Responsible for vendor management to include identifying, partnering and contract negotiation with external providers; ensuring hiring needs are met.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to develop job profiles and identify needs to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Advise management on interviewing, hiring and candidate evaluation.
  • Develop metrics and data analytics to drive positive experiences for talent acquisition and key stakeholders.
  • Define and lead recruitment projects focused on continuous improvement.
  • Partner with other HR team members.
  • All other duties as assigned.
