About The Position

Shane Co. is building a new regional Talent Acquisition model for its stores and is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting across the East region. This remote-based role partners with Store Managers and other leaders to build proactive talent pipelines, serve as a trusted hiring advisor, and represent the family-owned jeweler in its stores and local communities. It is focused on relationship-based recruiting rather than simply processing requisitions. The Talent Acquisition Partner owns full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets, from sourcing and candidate engagement through selection, offer management, and follow-through to Day 1. The role builds and maintains talent pipelines for recurring store positions, develops local recruiting initiatives and employer-brand visibility, and shares market intelligence and recruiting data to improve hiring decisions and workforce planning. It also contributes to shaping the company’s newly structured regional recruiting model and may facilitate hiring-related training for store leaders. The role is remote from home, with a regular presence in stores and local communities. Travel to stores, the Home Office in Englewood, Colorado, conferences, and events is up to 15%. The employee must live in the Nashville / Franklin, Tennessee area and within 50 miles of a Shane Co. store. The base salary range is $95,000–$120,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on company performance.
