About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for supporting the full recruiting lifecycle by partnering with hiring managers and the Director of Talent Acquisition to identify hiring needs, source and screen qualified candidates, and deliver a strong candidate experience. This role builds trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, manages recruiting activity through the applicant tracking system, develops pipelines for critical roles, and provides market insight to support effective hiring decisions. The ideal candidate brings full-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and stakeholders at the same time.
  • Strong communication, follow-through, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Construction industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and recruiting strategies.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and closing candidates.
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates who align with role expectations, company culture, and business needs.
  • Use the applicant tracking system to keep requisitions, candidate records, hiring stages, and communication organized and up to date.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers, operational leaders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Provide hiring teams with insight into talent market conditions, candidate availability, compensation trends, and recruiting challenges.
  • Deliver a consistent, professional, and engaging candidate experience from first contact through final decision.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future critical roles.
  • Leverage sourcing tools, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach to identify and engage top talent.
  • Support proactive recruiting strategies for high-priority and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Track recruiting activity and outcomes, including pipeline health, candidate flow, time-to-fill, and hiring progress.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, strengthen hiring effectiveness, and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
