The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for supporting the full recruiting lifecycle by partnering with hiring managers and the Director of Talent Acquisition to identify hiring needs, source and screen qualified candidates, and deliver a strong candidate experience. This role builds trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, manages recruiting activity through the applicant tracking system, develops pipelines for critical roles, and provides market insight to support effective hiring decisions. The ideal candidate brings full-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
