We’re growing our internal recruiting team and looking for an eager, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to be part of the success. This position is focused on hiring for internal positions within Openwork for both our customer-facing market and corporate teams. You’ll play a crucial role in helping us scale by bringing in top-tier talent to support our business growth. Requirements

  • 2+ years of internal talent acquisition or recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring for corporate and/or client-facing roles
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • Ability to juggle multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand internal staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Be a true partner to hiring managers, providing insights, market data, and strategic hiring recommendations.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate roles and client-facing positions within Openwork.
  • Conduct thorough and strategic interviews to uncover top talent who not only have the right skills but are also a strong culture fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future internal hiring needs.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to anticipate and meet internal hiring demands.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal teams.
  • Promote Openwork’s employer brand through social media, networking, and industry events.
