The Recruiter II (Talent Acquisition Partner) performs full-cycle recruiting activities for industrial positions across the organization. This role involves close partnership with leaders to identify staffing needs, attract and retain qualified talent, support employee engagement, and ensure a positive employee experience from hiring through onboarding and early tenure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 + years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of employment interviewing techniques and applicant evaluation methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and increase productivity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to review recruitment requirements, define applicant qualifications, and develop strategies to meet organizational staffing and workforce planning needs.
  • Review resumes, employment applications, and advertising responses; interview and screen applicants for technical competence, applicable background, skills, career goals, and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate and evaluate reference checks and background information related to candidates’ prior employment; make employment recommendations based on interviews, applications, resumes, and reference data.
  • Coordinate employment offers with selected candidates and arrange all pre-employment processes including drug screening, background checks, and employment processing.
  • Provide candidates with pre-employment information regarding job requirements, work location, compensation, benefits, and employment policies.
  • Participate in gathering, preparing, and analyzing employment‑related data including recruiting campaign effectiveness, turnover metrics, diversity and minority employment data, and workforce trends.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities; collaborate with site operations leaders to evaluate, develop, and continuously improve the onboarding experience and employee integration.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives by conducting stay interviews and structured employee check‑ins to assess satisfaction, understand retention drivers, and identify development or support needs.
