About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner - Tribal Operations will be responsible for executing the full hiring process from sourcing to selection. This role involves conducting intake sessions with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, evaluating results, and collaborating on compensation proposals. The partner will extend and negotiate offers, build relationships with candidates to develop future talent pipelines, and act as a talent ambassador on social media. Additionally, the role requires staying informed on policies, employment law, and recruiting best practices, while also leveraging technology to improve the hiring process and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or Associate’s Degree with equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition full life cycle experience.
  • 3+ years of direct sourcing experience required.
  • Ability to advise, consult, and execute talent strategies to attract, source, and hire high-performing talent.
  • Ability to source and build diverse future talent pipelines.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong external network and strong internal relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to consult with hiring managers effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Able to effectively present ideas, sell, influence, and negotiate to achieve results.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Established personal brand, social media presence, and understanding of effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, social media, digital tools, and other technologies.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to efficiently use multiple tools and various applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to understand position requirements and business needs.
  • Consult on sourcing strategies, internal talent, and external market trends.
  • Partner with the Marketing and Communications team for promotional efforts.
  • Execute the hiring process from sourcing to selection.
  • Recommend qualified candidates and consult with hiring managers on final selection.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews as needed.
  • Administer pre-employment tests and check references.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on compensation proposals.
  • Extend and negotiate offers to finalist candidates.
  • Communicate the value of the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management.
  • Learn business areas and positions.
  • Leverage technology and tools to facilitate the hiring process.
  • Provide technical support to applicants and managers using the applicant tracking system.
  • Recommend process, system, or tool enhancements.
  • Build relationships with quality and specialized applicants to develop future talent pipelines.
  • Act as a talent ambassador on social media.
  • Be a subject matter expert in specialty areas such as social media strategies, college relations, and/or technology platforms.
  • Keep informed on policies and procedures, employment and labor law, talent acquisition best practices, and current recruiting trends.
