We're a well-funded, early-stage startup, hiring our first dedicated Go-To-Market Recruiter to build our US revenue org from the ground up. This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven recruiter who thrives in early-stage environments, is comfortable creating structure where none exists, and works closely with founders, Sales, and Marketing to hire the people who will define our market. Based in New York, close to our buyers and our talent. You will own GTM hiring end-to-end, from first outreach through offer and onboarding, across Sales, Solutions, and Marketing — Account Executives, Strategic Account Managers, AI Solutions Engineers, Value Engineers, and Growth leaders. You will also own the operational backbone (ATS, pipeline data, scorecards, hiring-manager cadences) that makes hiring fast, fair, and repeatable. Hiring for enterprise AI is a craft: thoughtful buyers, real buying committees, and a category that is still being defined — which means the people who sell it are rare, and everyone wants them. You will shape how top GTM talent experiences Reindeer, build the systems that scale it, and own pipeline and quality-of-hire as the proof you are winning.
