Primary Work Location: Multi-site, required to travel between sites and work from sites as needed. Work from home at the discretion of the Director of People and Culture and the CEO. Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Lead oversees recruiting coordination, onboarding operations, candidate experience, and hiring logistics across Cardea Health. This role is responsible for helping ensure efficient, organized, and high-quality hiring and onboarding processes that support organizational growth and workforce stability. This position supervises Recruiting Coordinators and partners closely with operational leaders and the People Operations & Employee Experience Manager to support staffing efforts, improve hiring processes, and create a positive onboarding experience for new employees.
