About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the organization's recruitment strategy and overseeing all aspects of full-cycle talent acquisition for Urology Clinics of North Texas (UCNT). This position partners closely with operational and clinical leaders to attract, recruit, and hire exceptional talent across multiple specialties and locations. The Talent Acquisition Manager will evaluate current recruitment processes, assess departmental capabilities, optimize recruiting technologies, and develop scalable sourcing strategies that improve quality of hire, reduce time-to-fill, and support the organization's continued growth. This position requires a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable developing recruitment strategy, leading a recruiting team, and personally recruiting for difficult-to-fill positions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years leading recruitment efforts within a healthcare organization.
  • Experience recruiting clinical, administrative, and leadership positions.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare recruiting practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organization-wide recruiting strategies to support physician practices, specialty clinics, corporate departments, and ancillary services.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions including: Medical Assistants, Patient Coordinators, Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Surgical and Procedural Staff, Revenue Cycle positions, Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology positions, Practice Managers, Advanced Practice Providers, Administrative/Clerical, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Corporate and leadership positions.
  • Partner with operational leaders to anticipate workforce needs and develop recruiting plans.
  • Monitor labor market trends and recommend innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Manage recruitment from requisition through onboarding.
  • Develop sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, networking, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and passive candidate outreach.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offer negotiations, and pre-employment processes.
  • Maximize utilization of the Paycom Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop automated recruiting workflows, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and offer letter processes.
  • Improve reporting capabilities and recruiting dashboards.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline recruiting operations through automation and process improvement.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Evaluate current recruiting structure and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Establish departmental KPIs including: Time-to-fill, Time-to-start, Quality of hire, Candidate experience, Source effectiveness, Cost-per-hire, Recruiter productivity.
  • Prepare and present recruiting metrics to HR leadership.
  • Manage relationships with staffing agencies, recruiting firms, and locum vendors.
  • Negotiate vendor agreements and monitor vendor performance.
  • Coordinate agency placements and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Oversee recruitment-related contracts and service agreements.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Partner with HR to ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements.
  • Assist with credentialing coordination and onboarding compliance for applicable clinical positions.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting documentation within Paycom.
