Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role at a fast-growing tech company or recruitment agency
- Knowledge of recruiting platforms and tools
- High level of ownership and an analytical mindset
- Proficient in English with structured communication skills
- Available for a period of 6 months, full time

Responsibilities
- Support the Product Operations Recruitment Team throughout end-to-end recruitment of selected high-volume roles (sourcing, coordinating, ATS admin)
- Own end-to-end recruitment of Working Students and Interns across different functions
- Provide a flawless candidate experience across the candidate lifecycle - from contacting candidates to overseeing smooth on-site interviews
- Partner with Recruitment Partners in building diverse talent pools via active sourcing
