The Talent Acquisition Intern supports full-cycle recruitment efforts across DrFirst with a strong focus on candidate sourcing, resume review, and talent pipeline development. This role offers hands-on experience in the recruiting lifecycle at a mission-driven healthcare technology company and contributes directly to shaping how DrFirst attracts talent in an AI-first era. DrFirst uses Claude as our enterprise AI platform. You will work with Claude every day to source candidates, draft outreach, summarize resumes, and build automation workflows. Prior Claude experience is a strong plus, and comfort with any major generative AI tool is required. You will partner closely with an experienced recruiter to source passive candidates, evaluate incoming applications, coordinate interviews, and build automation workflows that make the talent acquisition function faster and smarter. This is a highly visible role where your work will touch hiring across engineering, product, operations, sales, and clinical functions.
