This internship is a unique opportunity to help design and implement how AI transforms our hiring processes at scale. The Talent Acquisition Innovation Intern will partner directly with Talent Acquisition leadership to prototype, test, and scale AI-driven solutions across the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement to workflow automation. This is not a traditional HR internship but rather a chance to build, experiment, and deliver tangible impact on how a modern TA function operates. The role offers hands-on experience applying AI in a business-critical function, direct exposure to TA strategy and innovation, and visibility with senior leadership, influencing future-state recruiting models. By the end of the program, the intern will have designed and implemented at least one AI-driven solution that improves talent attraction, engagement, or hiring.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Product, or a related field
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools to solve real problems (academic, personal, or professional)
  • Experience building automations, workflows, or prototypes using AI or no-code/low-code tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate AI capabilities into business use cases
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate impact and effectiveness of solutions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly and concisely

Responsibilities

  • Design and test AI-driven solutions across sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
  • Build prototypes and automations using AI and workflow tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, etc.)
  • Identify inefficiencies in current recruiting processes and deploy AI solutions to improve speed, quality, and experience
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and determine practical applications within Talent Acquisition
  • Analyze outcomes and provide data-backed recommendations on what should scale
  • Present findings and solutions directly to TA leadership and recruiting teams
