About The Position

The Talent Acquisition (TA)/HR Intern will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced TA/HR environment. You’ll work closely alongside experienced professionals and mentors with the opportunity to work on meaningful projects including but not limited to recruitment analytics, branding, candidate experience and social media outreach.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with social media posting/content creation

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Organize and support projects including conducting HR research, benchmarking, creating presentations, developing policies
  • Work with Marketing team on recruitment branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Research and attend trade shows, colleges, exhibitions that attract industry talent
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including posting job openings, reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews
  • At the end of the internship, you’ll present your work to the company’s C-Suite members
