Summary of Position We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who will support the recruiting team throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and employer branding. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in human resources, or recruiting.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
  • Senior, Recent Graduate
  • Min 3.0 GPA
  • Strong interest in a career in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision Making Skills, & Resilience
  • Must be available to work in St. Petersburg, Florida from May 18, 2026 – Aug 7, 2026

Responsibilities

  • Assist with posting job openings on career sites, job boards, and social media platforms
  • Source and identify potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, create candidate communications, as needed
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist with onboarding preparation and new hire documentation
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Perform administrative tasks and ad hoc projects to support the TA team
