This role is a full-time, in-person internship in Raleigh from May - August 2026, with the possibility to extend the internship through December 2026 (or beyond).

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Passion for recruiting, campus engagement, and talent development
  • Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident, professional communicator who can proactively manage tasks
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to work on-site in Raleigh from May - August 2026, and possibly through December 2026

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LinkedIn, Canva, or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platform is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing top talent for architecture & civil/structural engineering positions using LinkedIn and other channels
  • Reviewing resumes to identify standout candidates and collaborating with talent acquisition team & hiring managers
  • Coordinating virtual and in-person interviews, including candidate communication and follow-ups
  • Maintaining organized recruiting pipelines, reports, and shared resources for the team
  • Coordinating event logistics for campus career fairs—from registrations to swag distribution
  • Drafting and scheduling social media content that drives engagement and builds OneFourTwo's employer brand
  • Tracking candidate and intern data to keep our systems accurate and up to date
  • Partnering with universities and career centers to strengthen relationships and boost candidate pipelines
